By placing an order with Whiskey Biz Swag Shop, you acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined below.

We’ll cover our policies, as well as our most-asked questions related to returns and exchanges. Please review our top questions answered below.

Do you have a storefront?

No, we are online only. However, we DO love our local Northeast Missouri Shoppers. We offer local drop off orders in Bowling Green, MO. Just choose “local delivery” at checkout and we’ll give you a call/ message when your order is ready. Please make sure to include your phone number at checkout. CUSTOMERS ARE NOT PERMITTED INSIDE OUR WAREHOUSE FACILITY.

Shipping Policies

Free shipping for orders over $100 USD.

Order processing time

All of our items are made to order, allowing for a more sustainable production process. Because of this, fulfillment times may be longer than mass-produced items.

  • Processing time is typically 5–7 business days, not including shipping time.
  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
  • Some items may require additional processing time.

Please note that weather conditions, carrier delays, or staffing issues may impact shipping and transit times. While these factors are beyond our control, we promise to do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible. 

Shipped to wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by customer at checkout. If you need to make a change, email us at psparkswb@outlook.com as soon as possible so we can help BEFORE your order ships. Once shipped, we cannot take responsibility for delivery issues.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we reserve the right to charge a re-shipping fee.

  • $8.00 for packages under 1 lb
  • $10.00 for packages over 1 lb

Lost, Stolen or Delayed packages

Whiskey Biz Swag Shop is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Once tracking information indicates an order has been marked as delivered, Whiskey Biz Swag Shop is not liable for missing or stolen packages.

For questions or concerns regarding shipment tracking or delivery, please contact USPS (your local post office) or Route directly.

Specialty Item Shipping Disclosure

Please note: Specialty items are made to order and may require additional processing time before shipment. These products are ordered specifically when your purchase is placed. Because of this, we cannot guarantee exact arrival dates. Once we receive the item, additional time is needed to complete production before shipping.

Specialty items include, but are not limited to:

  • Mineral wash hoodies and tees
  • All pattern based hoodies and sweatshirts
  • Joggers
  • Crops
  • Tanks

Important Shipping Notes

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of an error on our part.
  • Whiskey Biz Swag Shop is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has shipped.

 

Return Policy 

At Whiskey Biz Swag Shop, we understand that sometimes an item may not fit as expected. We’re happy to accept eligible returns and issue store credit in accordance with the policy below. 

 

General Return Guidelines

    • Returns are for store credit only.
    • No refunds will be issued, except in cases of defective items or errors on our part. 
    • Items may be exchanged for the same item in a different size, if available. Otherwise, store credit will be issued.
    • All returns or exchanges must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your order.
    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
    • Returns showing signs of wear, makeup or other stains, excessive pet hair, or smells of smoke or perfume will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

    Return Shipping Responsibility 

    • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging item(s).
    • Whiskey Biz Swag Shop does not cover return or exchange shipping costs, unless the item(s) arrive damaged, defective, or due to an error on our part.
    • We strongly recommend shipping returns and exchanges with a tracking number.
    • Whiskey Biz Swag Shop is not responsible for return or exchange packages lost in transit.

    Defective Products & Returns Due to Our Error 

    If there is a mistake with your order or your product arrives defective or damaged, we will make it right by: 

    • Replacing the product, or
    • Issuing a refund (defective items only)

    In these cases, Whiskey Biz Swag Shop will cover the cost of return shipping. 

    • Defective or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival.
    • Incorrect items must also be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
    • If not reported within this timeframe, no store credit or refund will be issued.
    • If the product is not defective, standard return shipping fees apply.

    Non-Returnable Items 

    The following items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged: 

    • Items marked FINAL SALE
    • Signed items
    • Holiday or Seasonal items
    • Accessories

    Restocking & Account Policy 

    • Whiskey Biz Swag Shop reserves the right to charge a $15 flat restocking fee for excessive returns (defined as a return rate over 75%). 
      Damaged or defective items are excluded. 
    • We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our sole discretion. 

    Store Credit 

    • Store credit expires 1 year from the date it is issued. 

    Unaccepted Returns 

    • Items that do not meet return guidelines will be returned to you at your expense.
    • After 30 days, all non-returnable merchandise will be donated.

    How to Return Your Merchandise

    1. Review the return policy above to ensure your item(s) qualify.
    2. Place the item in a secure shipping box or envelope.
    3. Include the original invoice with your return.
    4. Mail your return to:

    We strongly recommend keeping your tracking information to ensure delivery back to our warehouse. 

    When Will My Return Be Processed? 

    • Returns are typically processed within 5-7 business days after receipt.
    • Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation when your store credit is available.
    • Processing times may be longer during holidays

    Can I can cancel my order? 

    Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement.

    After 12 hours, cancellations are granted at our discretion due to production being quickly. 

    However, if you do not wish to keep the items once they arrive in the mail, simply return them by following our Return Policy above.

    • Order number
    • Name used on the order
    • Email address associated with the order
    • Screenshot or photo of your order confirmation
