Do you have a storefront?

No, we are an online only. However, we DO love our local Northeast Missouri Shoppers. We offer local order pick-up at our warehouse in Bowling Green, MO. Just choose “local pickup” at checkout and we’ll give you a call when your order is ready. Please make sure to include your phone number at checkout. CUSTOMERS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN OUR WAREHOUSE FACILITY.

What is your Return Policy?

At Whiskey Biz Swag Shop we understand that sometimes your order doesn't fit like you wanted. We are happy to accept returns and will issue store credit for the amount of the item(s). Please review our full return policy below. 

  • Returns are for store credit only. No refunds will be issued. 
  • Items marked FINAL SALE may not be returned, refunded or exchanged. 
  • All returns/exchanges must be done within 10 days of order receipt. 
  • Items must be unwashed and unworn. If items appear worn, have makeup or other stains, excessive pet hair, or smell of smoke or perfume, your return WILL NOT be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. 
  • NON-RETURNABLE: Final sale items, Holiday or SEASONAL items, and Accessories.
  • Damages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving merchandise. Please contact psparkswb@outlook.com for assistance. 
  • Whiskey Biz Swag Shop reserves the right to charge a flat $15 restocking fee for excessive returns. This pertains to a return rate over 75%. This allows us to continue to provide our customers with Free Shipping AND Free Returns. Damaged items excluded.
  • Whiskey Biz Swag Shop reserves the right to terminate accounts in its sole discretion.
  • Store credit expires 1 year after it being issued.

Items not meeting the above guidelines will be returned to you at your expense; after 30 days all non-returnable merchandise will be donated. For additional information on returns, or if you have a question that wasn’t answered, please email us at psparkswb@outlook.com.

How do I return my merchandise?
We offer a simple option to send back your return merchandise! Follow our easy steps for a hassle-free return. 
    1. Please review our return policy ABOVE to be sure your return meets our requirements. Returns that do not meet requirements will not be accepted and additional postage will be paid to have them returned to you.
    2. Place unwanted merchandise in a shipping safe box or envelope with original invoice included.

When will my return be processed?
We typically process all returns within 5-7 business days. Once processed, you will receive an email showing it has been completed and your credit is available for use! We appreciate your patience around the holidays. Please record your tracking information to check when it arrives back to our facilities. We will send a confirmation email when your store credit is available.

Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error:

If there are mistakes with your order, or products arrive defective/damaged at the time of receipt, we’ll make it right by:

  • Replacing the product or
  • Issue a refund** 
  • And we’ll also cover the cost of any return shipping
  • If the product is not defective, return shipping fees will apply.

Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival, if not reported within that time frame, we will not issue credit. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

Can I can cancel my order? 

If you have placed an order recently, you can cancel your order within 12 hours. If 12 hours have passed, the cancellation will be granted at our discretion. The reason for this is that we often begin making your items as soon as you have placed your order. 

However, if you do not wish to keep the items once they have arrived in the mail, simply return them by following our Return Policy above.

Shipping:

Along with weather delays out of our control, many businesses are still understaffed, which could affect shipping and transit times. We'll continue to strive to get our amazing customers their orders as quickly as possible!! You have our word!

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship 3 to 5 business days after the order has been placed! However all items ship differently. 

What if my package was lost or stolen? 
If your package is lost or stolen, we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. 
Once the investigation is complete, if your item is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address we will replace your items or issue a refund if they are not available. However, if the shipping carrier determines the package was delivered to the correct address we are unable to issue a refund.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered. We are not responsible for mis-delivered packages due to an incorrect shipping address being entered, or if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We reserve the right to charge a flat $8.00 fee if under 1lb, or $10.00 if over 1lb to re-ship the order to the correct address.

Any order over $500 will be insured by Whiskey Biz Swag Shop and will require a signature upon delivery. This is simply a safeguard against theft or damage.
